SEven Weeks of Magic
Week 1: Clearing
week 1 Homework:
Your mission, should you choose to accept...
1. Physical Clearing:
Choose a spot or room in your home to clear and clean. Remove anything that no longer serves you or brings you joy, scrub it down, and clear the space with rose spray or sage or palo santo. You can also call in Archangel Michael and ask for his help in clearing the space energetically and emotionally.
badass Warrior Option:
Do the whole house. Boom.
(Whenever I do a big ol' zen clean on a cupboard or closet - or the whole dang house - it clears massive space and something new and wonderful always steps in. Plus, it just feels really damn good.)
2. Create healthy boundaries:
Take one step toward creating healthy boundaries for your time, energy, and emotional space.
Maybe you say no to a social engagement, maybe you choose to stop spending time with that friend who drains you or always leaves you feeling worse after you spend time with them, maybe you ask your mother-in-law to call before she comes over.
Badass Warrior Option:
Take three steps toward healthy boundaries. Continue to check in on those boundaries over the next few months, taking intuitively guided steps, and see how much of your energy frees up to welcome in what you want to receive and experience.
3. Mental Clearing:
What can you release? What doesn't feel good? Maybe you can burn or delete a list, say buh-bye (with love) to a project you don't have time for now or didn't want to do anyway, or choose to stop thinking a negative thought. (One way to do this is to say "Thank you, I love you, I forgive you" every time the thought pops up.
Badass Warrior Option:
Commit to re-training those nasty brain gremlins. Every time a negative thought pops up or a belief that doesn't feel good, gently catch yourself, remind yourself that it's not the truth, and ask for a new perspective. "I choose to see this another way." Or whatever wording feels best to you.
4. Work with the light
Feel golden light pour over you like honey, filling in any cracks and wounds and sore spots. Step into the white light of source and call in your higher self and / or guides and ask for guidance or healing. Surround yourself with a globe of pink light before stepping out into the world. There are a million ways to work with light - the more you play with it, the better it works.
Week 2: Feeling
Week 2 Homework:
Your mission, should you choose to accept:
1. Gently notice your feelings:
...as they arise throughout the day. Don't judge them or wonder where they came from or what they mean. Just gently notice and name what's showing up.
Badass Warrior Option:
Play with the feelings, honor them, use the tools from this video in any way that feels guided. Feel them moving through and creating space in your body, brain, and life.
Week 3: Connecting
Week 3 Homework
Your mission, should you choose to accept:
1. Talk with your guides everyday:
(Or god, the universe, angels - whatever resonates most powerfully for you.) Ask for healing and guidance around challenges.
2. Listen to your nudges.
Pay attention to those little inner reminders and do what they ask, even if it feels silly. This is one way we begin to learn how to trust that quiet voice and our own intuition - plus it can help keep you dry on days you really did need to bring an umbrella.
Badass warrior option:
Connect with your higher self as we did in the session - see yourself as pure light, in whatever form that takes, and ask your higher self what she has for you.
Play with all this in whatever way feels fun and exciting. (Or do-able.)
Week 4: Daily Support
Week 4 Homework
Your mission, should you choose to accept:
1. "What will nourish me today?"
Listen to your guidance and do the thing.
Badass Warrior Option:
Choose a daily support framework to follow, if that feels good. Or assemble a toolbox to pull from each day as needed.
2. Clear and protect your energy daily.
Badass Warrior Option:
Protect your energy each morning and before leaving the house or engaging with someone who drains or triggers you. Clear your energy every evening before bed and after you get home.
3. Feel the tone of your soul.
Badass Warrior Option:
Feel the tone of your soul and feel into your heart and big dreams and ask for the next step.
Week 5: Create
Week 5 Homework
Your mission, should you choose to accept:
1. create whatever sounds fun!
No specific homework this week, simply do whatever you received / intuited / were invited to do by your higher self as you watched.
Use the tools we received in this session whenever you need them. Bask in the energy of this video as needed.
Badass Warrior Option:
Clear your limiting beliefs around your ability to create what you want. Simply write out each belief as it pops up and ask yourself is it ultimately true. (Hint: NO. No, it's not true. Lies! :) Journal through it, call in light, channel on it, ask for healing around it, however you feel called to move through it until you feel better, clearer, lighter.
Week 6: Joy
Week 6 Homework
No homework this week, because homework is the antithesis of joy. :)
However, do feel free to watch the video as many times as you like. The healings and activations are powerful and will offer you something different - whatever you need next - each time you watch.
Week 7 - Magic!
Week 7 Homework
Your mission, should you choose to accept:
1) Keep shifting your energy in a positive direction.
Drop all your fears, obsessive thoughts, and worries into your heart.
Ask "what makes my soul heave a sigh of relief right now?"
2) Be in the feeling of what you desire.
Honor your current experience, hold the vision of what you desire, and don't worry about the how - the how isn't your job. The how will show up as you keep clearing your mental, emotional, and energetic space; keep shifting your energy in a positive direction; and taking the guided action steps that show up in front of you.
